Conference Facilities 

The Villa Conference Facility is a private venue catering for the more intimate and boutique conferences or meetings. Containing two rooms, the Conference Facilities can seat up to 80 people in various formats.  It  also features:

    • State of the art audio visual equipment including:
       Sony data projector
       Remote controlled retractable projector screen
       AV equipment linked so that laptop, VHS, DVD and
       television output can run on both projector screens
    • Blackout blinds
    • Breakout rooms

Room Capacities

Jacaranda Room
This rooms specialised in Boardroom style meetings for up to 12 people. This room can however hold up to 15 delegates in U-shape, theatre and classroom styles.

 Banksia Room
The Banksia Room is a perfect location for all conferencing styles and can hold up to 50 delegates. This room also features laptop assisted conferencing for up to 24 people (Lap tops not provided).

Panorama Room

The largest of all our function and conference rooms, the Panorama Room can cater for up to 80 delegates. Visual equipment an additional cost.

 Japanese Boardroom

Ideal for private meetings, this Japanese inspired room with timber decking and Japanese gardens creates a tranquil setting. Visual equipment not included. Seats up to 10 people.
